Webmaster

Ying Li is the volunteer webmaster of this website. She is also a Research Analyst at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in mass communication from Southern Illinois University. Ms. Li holds an M.A and a B.A. in library and information science from Peking University, China.
