Webmaster

Ying Li is the volunteer webmaster of this website. She is also a Research Analyst at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. Dr. Li received her Ph.D. in mass communication and media arts from Southern Illinois University, and her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in library and information science from Peking University, China.
