Health Website Ratings (HWR) project: Update
Health Improvement Institute (HII) in collaboration with Consumer Reports WebWatch (CRW) has established the website "HealthRatings.org." This project's primary purpose is to enable consumers to become more informed users of health websites. It produces independent ratings of health websites and displays them on the ratings website. The project published the first wave of health website ratings in June 2005. Since then it has published several additional waves of ratings.

Consumer Reports WebWatch is a project of Consumers Union — the non-profit publisher of Consumer Reports Magazine, ConsumerReports.org, newsletters on health and personal finance, and numerous websites on a variety of topics.
