Health Improvement Institute charges an entry fee for each World Wide Web (WWW) site and each television and radio public service announcement (PSA) entered into the annual Aesculapius Award competition. This entry fee helps to defray the cost of administering the annual Aesculapius Award competition.

The current entry fee is $100.00 (in U.S. currency) per entry submitted.
