Requirements for WWW sites

• Entries may be in any language. However, they must be accompanied by an one page summary of objectives and production in English.
• Entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form, one page summary of objectives and production, and entry fee.
• The website address (URL) must be provided on entry form.

Requirements for PSAs

• Entries may be in any language. However, they must be accompanied by an one page summary of objectives and production in English.
• Entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form, one page summary of objectives and production, and entry fee.
• PSAs may be in any acceptable broadcast length (that is, 10, 20, 30, or 60 seconds).
• Label PSA cassettes or discs with company name, title of PSA, and length.
• Each television entry must be submitted on a separate VHS tape (with 10 seconds of lead tape or tone-and-bars) recorded in North American NTSC format at standard speed, or DVD.
• Each radio entry must be submitted on a standard audio cassette (with 10 seconds of lead tape) or CD.
